Customs and Immigration Clearance

Ultimate Vacation BVI (UV BVI) is a BVI Destination Management Company, which provides many services including vessel agent services. Most recently, we were recognized as the Official Agent for the BVI Spring Regatta 2022 and Christmas in July 2022; where we assisted in streamlining the clearance processes for vessels entering the territory for this event.

Prior arrival, Captain/ owner of the vessel will make a request and inform Agent of their purpose of visit, goods being imported, services required etc.
Your Agent will enter all vessel, crew, and passenger information in Customs SailClear/RCS system to ensure a seeming-less check in and out process at the ports.
Upon arrival, your agent will meet the vessel at the Port of Entry for passports of crew and passengers and vessel documentation and licenses.
- Request to go to any other location other than a Customs Port will need approval from the Commissioner of Customs and Chief Immigration Officer. Agent will submit request and give guidance accordingly.
Agent will present these documents on their behalf to Customs and Immigration to gain clearance for entering/departing the country.
Agent will return the documents once the check in/out process is completed.
If required, the agent will complete the USVI eNOAD online entry submission.
