Step One

Prior to arrival, Captain/owner/broker of the vessel will make a request and inform Agent of their purpose of visit, goods being imported, services required etc.

Step Two

Your Agent will enter all vessel, crew, and passenger information in Customs SailClear/RCS system to ensure a seeming-less check in and out process at the ports.

Step Three

Upon arrival, your agent will meet the vessel at the Port of Entry for passports of crew and passengers and vessel documentation and licenses.

Note: Request to go to any other location other than a Customs Port will need approval from the Commissioner of Customs and Chief Immigration Officer. Agent will submit request and give guidance accordingly.

Step Four

Agent will present these documents on their behalf to Customs and Immigration to gain clearance for entering/departing the country.

Note: Upon departure to the USVI, if required, the agent will complete the USVI eNOAD online entry submission.

Step Five

Agent will return the documents once the check in/out process is completed.
